Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally only accept returns on unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

That said, if you’ve tried Ethos and it’s not for you, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer a one-time refund per customer, at our discretion.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when applicable. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
